An idea is born...I have actually been thinking about this for 2 long years, dreaming and driving to my uber stressful job. One day last week it hit me, smack between the eyes. LICKT...it would be the perfect name for a gelato store. So here I am on a gelato journey.
I worked in corporate for over 20 years, three days after graduating from University I found myself in the corporate rat race at what many would call a dream job. Now, it's just not that much fun. I really think should not it be this painful. Yesterday I was bold and decided to walk away and quit a big job to fufill my gelato dreams...CRAZY I think and know. But you only live once...Thank goodness for a supportive husband and a 12 year old who is ready to be my CFO (Chief Flavor Officer).
